Welcome to the home of Sol Kitchen & Catering! We are based in the Triad of North Carolina, and we serve farm to table meals through catering and our prepared meals subscription service. We make everything from scratch emphasizing local, seasonal ingredients. All the chicken, beef, pork and eggs we use are pasture raised in NC.
